Who We Are
KG Jobs and Recruiting started in Cincinnati, Ohio — born out of frustration with the way traditional staffing agencies operated: impersonal, and disconnected from the realities of the manufacturing floor. We set out to build something different.
We specialize exclusively in industrial and operational staffing across the Southeast United States. That focus means deeper employer relationships, a stronger candidate pool, and faster placements than traditional agencies can offer.
Every candidate goes through a minimum of two interviews before we ever put them in front of a client. We're not just checking skills — we're evaluating integrity. We want team players who show up ready to work and leave the drama at the door.
